Animal Biographies
The following are brief profiles of some of the real-life animals honored by Breyer as portrait models. A big thanks to Triple Mountain Model Horses for these biographies!

Jasper was bred by the Rodibaugh family and took home the Grand Champion Market Hog title at the 1969 Chicago International Livestock Exposition. He was then sold to the American Cyanamid Company that then donated Jasper to the Purdue University. There, Jasper became the ideal model to show how a pig's muscle, fat and bone structure affect conformation and shape. Jasper was featured in a movie called Profitable Pork Selection. |
